The Green Changemakers HUB is a European online and local community where young people connect, learn, and take action for a more sustainable future. It is an inclusive space that promotes youth participation, non-formal learning, and peer-to-peer collaboration.
Through our Discord community and local HUBs in Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Sweden, and beyond, young people, youth workers, and volunteers share ideas, access practical tools, join activities, and co-create solutions to environmental challenges.
By linking youth across countries, the HUB strengthens European belonging, encourages intercultural dialogue, and supports active citizenship. It also ensures long-term project impact by maintaining a community that keeps growing beyond the project timeline.
The HUB is your place to learn, connect, and become a Green Changemaker, locally and across Europe.
The Green Changemakers HUB network brings young people together through a combination of local and online spaces that interact and support each other across Europe. This structure allows every young person , whether in a city, small town, or rural area, to participate, learn, and connect.
Our community includes:
Our physical HUBs run local activities, workshops, eco-actions, and youth gatherings in:
These HUBs offer real-world opportunities to meet, collaborate, and take part in community-based sustainability initiatives.
To ensure accessibility and long-term engagement, the project also runs several online HUBs on Discord, including:
A Europe-wide HUB open to all young people, where everyone can exchange ideas, access resources, and join discussions.
Country-specific online spaces for Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, and Sweden, giving each national group a place to connect locally while staying linked to the wider European community.
Together, the local and online HUBs form a dynamic, cross-European network where young people can meet, learn from one another, share green practices, and collaborate on real solutions — creating a united movement for a greener and more sustainable future.

The HUB gives young people a real voice. It encourages active involvement through discussions, activities, challenges, and collaborative projects. Youth are not just participants — they become contributors and leaders.
By bringing together young people, youth workers, and organisations from different countries, the HUB creates a supportive community where members can share experiences, inspire each other, and build meaningful connections.
The HUB promotes non-formal and peer-to-peer learning. Young people exchange ideas, share local solutions, ask questions, and learn directly from one another’s experiences , a powerful method for long-term learning and motivation.
Each local HUB is part of a larger European network. Young people can take action in their community while staying connected to peers in other countries. This strengthens European belonging, intercultural dialogue, and cooperation.
The HUB continues to exist after the Erasmus+ project ends. Thanks to its online structure and active youth involvement, it becomes a self-sustaining space where new members can join, activities can continue, and the community can keep growing over time.
